When selling on Pricell you must have legal right to sell what you are selling, from content to design and all within.

If a seller violate the terms:

Do not comment it, rather send the seller a message. If the seller ignores your request you can contact our support team and they will take care of it. Remember they can’t remove the listing if you don’t provide reliable proofs that the content is copyright protected. Before removing any listing we will contact the seller and request him or her to remove the copyrighted content / images etc. If the seller doesn’t do this on request we will suspend the listing and maybe suspend the seller depending on how the situation looks.
